While EDI is the electronic data interchange per se, EDIFCAT (Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transport) is a standard for electronic business data interchange, but is mainly used on an industry-specific basis with its subsets EANCOM, EDITEC, EDIFICE.

XInvoices

To use EDI, you need two things: a business partner that supports the standardized electronic transfer of data and the necessary extensions in NAV/BC, such as YAVEON ProE-SCM.
